This multi-use facility could partner youth, families, and service providers with professionals in arts, education, and health around the following goals:

• Coordinate existing resources and attract new ones to expand opportunities.
• Ally community wisdom and professional expertise to design effective programs with explicit standards and outcome.
• Foster trust and hope through partnerships that lead to large-scale community transformation.
