“This vision is a beacon of hope for the residents of Bayview Hunters Point. The possibilities
are unlimited with a whole lot of people willing to help create something so beneficial to young
people, their families, and the community. We’ve never had this degree of support at the
grassroots level—people with so much knowledge, education, and expertise who will be this
accessible to the youth. As a parent, I want my children to have the highest quality resources
here then stretch beyond the normal borders to experience the city and the world. We will
see the changes everyone hopes for if we find a way to make this vision real.”
